Terms of Use
Last updated 6 September 2026. These terms cover your use of the Rojsaathi apps and website, operated from Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.

पूरी शर्तें नीचे अंग्रेज़ी में हैं। मुख्य बातें ये हैं:
- हाज़िरी और महीने का हिसाब हमेशा मुफ़्त है — सबके लिए, हमेशा। यह ट्रायल नहीं है, और कितने लोग जोड़े, इसकी कोई सीमा नहीं।
- दिन तभी गिना जाता है जब दोनों पक्ष मानें। सिर्फ़ एक तरफ़ से ग़ैरहाज़िर लिख देना काफ़ी नहीं — दूसरा व्यक्ति उसे देख सकता है और असहमति दर्ज कर सकता है। यही इस ऐप का पूरा मक़सद है: महीने का आँकड़ा बहस का विषय न रहे।
- पैसा हमारे पास नहीं आता। भुगतान सीधे देने वाले से लेने वाले तक जाता है। हम सिर्फ़ दर्ज करते हैं कि हुआ।
- डिजिटल भुगतान और नक़द अलग-अलग दिखाए जाते हैं, क्योंकि वे अलग चीज़ें हैं — डिजिटल की पुष्टि हो सकती है, नक़द की नहीं।
- महीने वाला काम पूरे महीने का लगता है, चाहे बीच में शुरू हो, रुके या बंद हो। ऐप पुष्टि से पहले यह बताता है।
- एक-बार वाले काम पर वेंडर से 12% फ़ीस ली जाती है। यह सिर्फ़ एक-बार वाले ट्रेड काम पर है — महीने वाले घरेलू काम पर कभी नहीं, और हाज़िरी के रिकॉर्ड पर कभी नहीं।
- पैसे देकर कोई ऊपर नहीं आ सकता, और मेड या रसोइये की कोई रेटिंग नहीं होती — रेटिंग सिर्फ़ एक-बार वाले ट्रेड काम के लिए है।

What Rojsaathi is
Rojsaathi keeps a shared record of domestic and society work: which days someone worked, what was agreed, and what was paid. It is the handwritten book, digitalised.
We are a record, not an employer and not an agency. The arrangement is between the household or society and the worker. We do not employ anyone, we do not supply anyone, and we do not guarantee anyone's work.
The record is free, and stays free
Keeping attendance and producing a month-end figure costs nothing, for everyone, permanently. It is not a trial and it is not limited by how many people you add.
Paid plans for societies
A housing society can subscribe to the society features — the gate register, visitor passes, notices and maintenance dues — at the price shown on our pricing page. The attendance and payment record described above is never part of that subscription and never becomes paid.
Society subscriptions are not yet being billed. When billing starts we will publish the renewal, cancellation and refund terms here before charging anyone, and no society will be charged without agreeing to them.
Both sides agree a day
A day counts as worked when both parties agree it. One side marking the other absent is not enough on its own — the other person can see it and dispute it. That is the point of the product: the month-end number should not be arguable.
Money
We never hold your funds. Payment goes directly from the payer to the person being paid. We record that it happened; we are never in that payment. The only money that reaches us is the lead fee described below, which we collect from the vendor separately.
We show digital payments and cash separately, because they are different things — a digital payment can be verified and cash cannot.
A monthly engagement is priced by the month. A month is billed in full even if it starts, stops or pauses partway through. The app tells you this before you confirm.
For one-off jobs booked through the app, we charge the vendor a 12% fee on the job. This is how the product is paid for. It applies to one-off trade jobs only — never to a monthly domestic arrangement, and never to the attendance record.
Ranking
Vendors are ordered by how many households in your society have actually used them. Vendors nobody has used yet are shown last and labelled as new, so you can tell "no one has tried them" apart from "people tried them and stopped". Nobody can buy a better position, and we do not accept payment for placement.
Ratings
Domestic workers — maids, cooks and similar — are never scored or rated. A person's livelihood should not hang on a star. This is a rule we do not intend to change.
Nothing in Rojsaathi is rated today: there is no rating feature in the product at all. If we add one for one-off trades, we will say so here first.
What we ask of you
- Give accurate information, including about days worked and money paid.
- Use the app only for your own arrangements. Do not use it to collect information about people you have no relationship with.
- Do not use it to harass anyone, or to send anyone messages they did not ask for.
Ending your use
You can stop using Rojsaathi at any time and ask us to delete your account — see the Privacy Policy. We may suspend an account that is being used to falsify records or to harass someone.
Limits
We work to keep the record accurate and available, but we do not promise the service will never be unavailable. Rojsaathi is not responsible for the conduct of a household, a society or a worker, or for a dispute between them — though the record exists precisely so those disputes have something factual to settle on.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
